CLEAR GALLERY TOKYO is pleased to present “Thrust” exhibition by Manabu Koga.
Koga has been producing a series of works which consists of multiple timelines, separated spaces, and different measurements in the same picture frame. Diving with models, capturing a moment, and, as a result, coexisting with time, space, and scale.
In this exhibition, Koga presents the fictional diving device 'ViiVii' as a video installation.This is a new project by the artist that considers whether it is possible to give artistic value to settings and ideas in situations where the 'work' does not exist as an object, but can be collected and shared.
