Sota Kodera, who has been presenting unique works using his own body under the name of “Iru-ha”, will debut a new piece. This work will take place not only inside the National Art Center, Tokyo, but also in the streets of Roppongi, inviting viewers to witness the artist’s devised performance. This performance/installation work explores the boundary between “being” and “filling in” by focusing on the notion “filler text,” which is used to temporarily fill in text sections when determining layouts in the fields of publishing and design.
