This gelato specialty shop is run by Ristorante Raffinato in Ashiya. The chef personally uses ingredients carefully selected at the market, and the authentic gelato is made in a special machine from Italy, creating a taste that condenses the appeal of the ingredients, just like seasonal fruits or high-quality dolce. There are always around 16 to 18 flavors in the display case, and new flavors are introduced with each season.
