Under the supervision of Yusuke Nomura, the fourth generation owner of Michelin-starred Daigo Shojin Ryori, the restaurant’s menu transcends genres, offering guests a range of gluten-free dishes that do not use any wheat flour, such as curry, ajillo, fresh spring rolls, and ramen, all of which allow you to savor the rich flavor of the ingredients.
