Unparalleled in expressiveness and originality, Nagamekurasitsu has long been a leading force in Japan’s contemporary circus scene. Alongside leader Yosuke Meguro, the group features Yuri Yamamura, who has captivated audiences through numerous productions with her unique juggling style that channels dynamic dance movements. In the world of juggling, Kota Ohashi stands out with his one-of-a-kind flair, generating a substantial following around the world through social media. For this production, the three distinctive artists will perform ball juggling with stunning visual elegance, integrating technical wizardry through complex ball passes and synchronized movements, while accompanied by a moving musical score created specifically for this performance by contemporary composer Ygal.

Juggler Yosuke Meguro founded this group in 2008 with the goal of promoting and popularizing a collective creativity rooted in juggling and music. Through collaborations with artists from different genres, they are one of the few contemporary circus companies in Japan, engaging across formats ranging from street festivals to workshops, art events, stage productions, and site-specific performances at museums.
