This edition of MAM Collection presents works by four artists with roots in Asia―Shitamichi Motoyuki, Vandy Rattana, Zhang O and Cao Fei―featuring the anonymous people and scenes of life in the liminal spaces between nations, races, and histories. From their unique perspectives, each artist shines a light on the ever-changing history and influences between Asian countries and the United States from the early twentieth century to the present.
