Detail
Inspired by Louise Bourgeos’ iconic sculpture Maman, which symbolizes Roppongi Hills, this work explores themes of “maternal bonds” and “the beauty of life” through the lens of the sculpture’s messages of “motherhood” and “nurturing.” A dancer performs beneath Maman, embodying the mystery of life while resonating with the urban landscape and the sculpture itself.
