This Chinese restaurant was established in Yokohama’s Chinatown in 1987, and quickly became popular nationwide. Bairan’s credo lies in offering one-of-a-kind dishes made with the original flavors of carefully selected ingredients, along with a little extra care and effort. Particularly recommended is their Bairan yakisoba, the recipe for which was created based on the flavor of Chinese steamed buns. This is a truly exquisite dish with noodles that are pan-fried to flavorful perfection in a steaming thick sauce.
