Detail
This installation is inspired by neon lights. Street signs updated with LEDs have been removed from their former purpose of inciting desire and flaming gambling instincts, becoming simple devices that merely flash brightly. The flickering light, visible in any environment, attracts people and creates a sense of excitement even without any functional purpose. In this city built around a central intersection, these serve as markers that traverse its divisions—the separation of main roads, the boundary between city and art, the transition between daily life and festivals, and invisible social strata. Collaboration: mud Inc. / moult Inc.
