The approximately 3-meter-tall The Red Dinosaur and The Green Dinosaur were both inspired by Lin’s children began creating The Red Dinosaur to understand why dinosaurs are so attractive to children. On the other hand, the other work, The Green Dinosaur portrays her younger son playing catch-up with his older brother. These works fusing Lin’s signature techniques of textiles and metalworks, humorously express not only the mischief of her sons but also their beauty and strengths from a mother’s perspective.
