Detail
Wearing a world map, the performer invites visitors to place luminous stickers on their country of origin or a country they wish to visit. He then instantly sings that nation’s anthem, visualizing the roots and memories of people gathered in Roppongi on the map. Based on the idea that borders do not exist on the Earth itself, this participatory performing installation invites audiences to rediscover and enjoy the cultural differences found across the world.
